How to Apply for a Food Factory Licence
Submit an application form (FEHB 94) to the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD). The form can be downloaded from the FEHD website.
Include a declaration on premises in compliance with Government lease conditions (FEHB 192).
Submit three copies of a proposed layout plan of the premises (drawn to scale and in metric units).
Submit the required fee.
The application will be processed by the FEHD, and a licensing officer will inspect your premises to ensure they meet the hygiene standards set out in the Food Safety Ordinance.
