Top Talent Pass Scheme
The Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) is an initiative launched by the Hong Kong Immigration Department in December 2022. It aims to attract high-caliber professionals and entrepreneurs from around the world to live and work in Hong Kong.
Eligibility:
The TTPS offers three categories for applicants:
Category A: Individuals with an annual income of HKD 2.5 million or more in the preceding year.
Category B: Graduates from the world's top 100 universities according to QS World University Rankings or Times Higher Education World University Rankings, with demonstrable achievements in their chosen field.
Category C: Individuals with exceptional talent and ability in areas deemed important to Hong Kong's development.
Benefits:
Successful applicants are granted an initial stay of 24 months in Hong Kong.
There is no requirement to secure a job offer before applying.
Applicants may bring their spouse and dependent children to Hong Kong.

Applications for the TTPS can be submitted online through the Hong Kong Immigration Department website.
Additional Information:
The TTPS is not open to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba, and North Korea.
